If you do not concur with all provisions of these Terms, you must promptly discontinue browsing and refrain from ordering products or requesting consultations. Any new features, tools, or collections added to the platform shall also be subject to these Terms.

We hold a solemn reverence for genuine minerals and the ancient metaphysical traditions associated with them:

• Organic Variations in Natural Gemstones: Every crystal, sphere, tumbled piece, and bead bracelet offered by Cresent Vibe is authentic mineral matter birthed by the Earth. As such, no two pieces are identical. Inclusions, internal fractures, color saturation shifts, banding, and natural surface pits are sacred signatures of genuine origin, never manufacturing defects.
• Holistic Metaphysical Intent: The traditional beliefs, chakra alignments, energetic frequencies, and lore referenced in our Journal and product narratives represent cultural wisdom and holistic wellness philosophies. They are intended solely for personal contemplation, spiritual balance, and mindful meditation.

We photograph our artifacts with editorial fidelity under calibrated studio lighting to reflect real-world tones. However, because screen displays, mobile resolutions, and natural ambient light vary, subtle chromatic variations may occur.

Our bracelets and talismans are hand-strung and individually energized with sacred mantras in our studio near Ramnagar, Varanasi. Slight variances in bead millimeter dimensions (±0.5mm) or wrist tension are intrinsic to bespoke artisanal handcrafting.

All monetary sums on the platform are cited in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹) unless explicitly toggled otherwise. Prices include applicable goods and services taxes unless specifically distinguished at checkout.

Receipt of an order confirmation or automated WhatsApp invoice does not signify our final acceptance of an order. We reserve the explicit right at our sole discretion to cancel, hold, or restrict orders in the event of:

• Unintended pricing, photographic, or typographical errors on listing pages.
• Sudden gemstone depletion or failed consecration quality checks.
• Suspicion of credit card fraud, coupon manipulation, or automated bot orders.
• Deliveries to non-serviceable postal codes or active transport embargoes.

If an order is cancelled after payment capture, the entire transaction amount is refunded immediately to your original payment route.

When you commission custom wrist sizing, personalized crystal pairings, or bespoke planetary talisman consecrations, our artisans tailor the piece expressly for your energetic vibration. Because these items are crafted specifically to individual specifications, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified once consecration has commenced.

All visual materials, editorial articles, Journal entries, brand identity systems, product descriptions, photography, logos, graphic compositions, and "The Earthbound Ethereal" creative architecture remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cresent Vibe and its founders.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, mirror, license, publish, or commercially exploit any content from this site without our prior written authorization.

While interacting with our platform, you agree not to:

• Utilize any crawler, scraper, spider, or robotic script to extract catalog pricing or data.
• Introduce malicious viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or harmful code to our servers.
• Submit falsified contact records, sham orders, or unauthorized payment instruments.
• Infringe upon the privacy or intellectual property rights of any individual or entity.
• Engage in abusive, defamatory, or threatening communication with our artisans and staff.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian and international law, Cresent Vibe, its directors, artisans, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your access to or inability to access our website or order items.
• Delays or transport complications arising from natural disasters, courier strikes, or customs inspections.
• Subjective energetic expectations, spiritual interpretations, or personal outcomes attributed to gemstone ownership.

In no scenario shall our cumulative liability exceed the total price paid by you for the specific item generating the dispute.

These Terms, together with any discrete contracts whereby we provide you services or products, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

Any legal dispute, suit, or claim arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
