At Cresent Vibe, every mineral specimen and crystal adornment is cleansed, hand-inspected, and dispatched from our Varanasi studio with profound care. We desire for you to feel an authentic, uplifting connection with your acquisition.

If a piece does not harmonize with your intentions or if transit complications arise, our dedicated support team is prepared to guide you through a smooth, dignified return or exchange experience.

To qualify for a standard return or exchange, your request must satisfy the following criteria:

• Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the official tracking delivery timestamp.
• Condition: The item must be entirely unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and free from perfume, oils, or smoke residue.
• Packaging: The crystal must be returned inside its original velvet/satin pouch, protective jewelry box, and include any authenticity tags or cards provided.
• Verification: An order invoice or valid Order ID must accompany the return.

In accordance with artisanal standards and hygiene protocols, the following selections are exempt from returns or exchanges:

• Bespoke & Custom-Sized Pieces: Bracelets and talismans strung to custom wrist circumferences or consecrated with personalized astrological names.
• Consumable Ritual Elements: Smudge sticks, sacred sage bundles, consecrated incense, or essential ritual oils that have been unsealed or ignited.
• Archival Final Sale Items: Discontinued promotional specimens explicitly identified as non-refundable on their catalog listing.

Natural crystals are fragile treasures. While we cushion every parcel with multi-layered shock-absorbing protection, transit mishaps can occasionally occur.

Upon prompt verification of transit damage, you may choose between:

• Immediate Replacement: An identical or curated specimen dispatched with priority shipping at zero additional expense to you.
• 100% Full Refund: A comprehensive reversal of your purchase price, including any shipping fees paid.

Initiating a return is simple and transparent:

• Step 1: Contact Concierge: Reach out via WhatsApp (+91 7309143122) or email (support@cresentvibe.com) citing your Order ID and the reason for your request.
• Step 2: Return Authorization: Our team will confirm return eligibility and furnish our Varanasi studio return address and packaging instructions.
• Step 3: Secure Dispatch: Repackage the crystal securely in protective wrap to avoid transit breakage and ship the parcel via a trackable postal or courier service.
• Step 4: Studio Inspection: Once received at our studio, our curators will inspect the specimen within 24–48 hours to confirm condition.
• Step 5: Settlement: Your refund or exchange shipment will be triggered immediately following inspection approval.

Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original funding instrument utilized at checkout:

• UPI & Net-Banking: Credited within 2 to 4 banking business days.
• Credit & Debit Cards: Processed within 5 to 7 banking business days (subject to your card issuer's billing cycle).
• Confirmation Notice: A bank reference transaction ID (UTR / ARN) will be transmitted to you via email or WhatsApp as soon as the transfer is completed.

If you change your mind prior to order dispatch, you may request a cancellation without any cancellation penalty. Once your order has been energetically consecrated and handed over to our shipping carrier, standard return terms apply upon package delivery.
