At Cresent, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and free return process within 7 days of delivery.

🔄 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
• Unused, unworn, and in original condition
• In the original packaging with all tags and labels intact
• Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation

❗ Non-returnable items:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items marked as “Sold Out” or “Final Sale”
• Products purchased from third-party marketplaces (e.g., “Buy from Amazon” items — returns must be processed via Amazon)

📦 How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cresentvibe.com or +91 7309143122 with your:
   • Order number
   • Reason for return
   • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
2. We’ll review your request and share a return authorization and pickup details (if applicable).
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. We’ll arrange free return pickup across India.
   (In remote areas, we may ask you to ship the item via a courier of your choice — we’ll reimburse you upon receipt.)

💰 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, but return shipping is free.

🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of the issue
• We’ll either replace it (if available) or issue a full refund, including return shipping

🌍 Important Notes

• We currently serve customers in India only. Returns are accepted only from Indian addresses.
• “Buy from Amazon” products are fulfilled by Amazon — please initiate returns via your Amazon account.
